NOTE: MHA had no 2010 Rule changes other than updating Open Horse
Colts/Fillies to match NEHC's change. Thus 2009 Rule Rules are in
effect. UPDATED OFFICIALS on in Contacts. |

Starting with the 2008 Show Season,
MHA enacted two Rule Changes of interest to our Show Stewards: 1) The
Steward's Report is due within seven (7) days to the MHA Secretary (not a
change) AND there is now a $25 fine for failure to do so. If you are
close to the deadline please enclose a postal verification from the post
office. |

ATTENTION
STEWARDS: If you have not received a Steward's Report from the
Prize List Editor (Dollie Hutchins), please download a copy here. NEHC
and the State Associations are considering having a combined Steward's
Report (which will save everyone work) so MHA is not printing additional NCR
